Passwords for Web Access

iBall Instruments, LLC maintains a Secure Server Login System on its file servers.

This internally developed system is based on a proprietary modified 1024 bit passive PGP algorithm and MD5 technology. The Bloodhound Server System has a built-in password transfer and storage system. This system allows clients from anywhere on the planet to securely log into the Bloodhound server system using custom charting software or a standard browser and view in real-time the Bloodhound gas detector and Chromatograph system or utilize the raw data stream.

Access to real-time Gas Charts on iBall Instruments Bloodhound Web Servers requires a “login” and a “password.”

Three (3) levels of access by password can be configured to enable or restrict functionality.

Level 00: Reserved for Administrator
(Password control, SMS Alerts, Charting and 2-Way communications)
Level 02: Logger Access
(Charting and 2-Way Communications)
Level 03: Client or User
(Viewing Only)

Bloodhound users may request Login and Passwords from Bloodhound Tech Support at 303-459-4660 or by e-mail at support@bloodhoundrentals.com.

Tech Support personnel normally provide an Administrative Login and Password for the mud logging company management. This gives management the ability to assign logins and passwords for loggers, geologists, investors or other clients needing on-line access to a specific well site.

If an Internet connection is not available, Bloodhound Tech Support personnel will enter all logins and passwords required by the user.
