Founded in 2006, iBall Instruments, LLC was dedicated to become a global leader in continuing research and development of leading edge gas detection equipment utilizing the most advanced sensors available.
Since our inception we have produced in excess of 600 gas detection and chromatograph systems. The current Rev 4 Bloodhound Gas Detector and Chromatograph System is in world-wide use. Active units can be found in almost every play in the U.S. Internationally, units are operational in Azerbaijan, Canada, the Ukraine, Bulgaria, Turkey, Morocco, Iraq, South Africa, Chile, Australia and New Zealand. Expansion in both Mexico and Saudi Arabia are expected soon.
In 2007 our research and development was focused on the development of a superior gas extractor system and the integration of wireless telemetry for the mud logging industry. A Web-based software application was developed to permit browser viewing of well data in real-time from anywhere on the planet the Internet was available. Another Web-based application was made available for managers to follow multiple drilling rigs providing instant information including hole depth, bit depth, gas units, rate of penetration and other parameters without the use of a special software application.
In 2007, the 4th generation system was released for production and all previous systems have been upgraded to the latest technology.
The Bloodhound System has proven superior in every application and has become a standard in many segments of the industry. We hope you will take the time to visit the specific web pages describing these products to learn more about them.
